Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
- From your request: the text, images, and links you ask MulMoChat to analyze or check, and basic request metadata (timestamps, identifiers needed to return your result).
- From you (paying users): email address and Stripe customer ID, returned by Stripe Checkout. We do not store card numbers; Stripe does.
- Service telemetry: request counts, model latencies, error logs. Pseudonymous; used for quota enforcement and reliability, not tied to your name.
2. Third parties we share with
When you trigger an analysis, your request content is sent to the AI models required to answer it. We do not augment that content with your identity:
- Anthropic (Claude)
- OpenAI (GPT)
- Google (Gemini)
- DeepSeek
- OpenRouter (if used as a routing proxy)
- Stripe (billing only)
Each provider has its own privacy policy. Where supported, we opt out of provider training on submitted data.
3. How long we keep it
- Results: retained as long as the public result page exists at
mulmochat.ai/check/…. You may request takedown of a specific result. - Logs: 30 days, then deleted.
- Billing records: retained as long as required by tax law (typically 7 years in most jurisdictions).
- Account deletion: on request we delete your identifiers, quota counters, and billing pointers (Stripe records governed by Stripe).
4. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data we hold about you. We respond within 30 days. Submit requests by emailing the address below from the address linked to your account.
5. Cookies
The public site uses functional cookies only (e.g. session for the customer portal). No analytics or advertising cookies.
6. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us and we will delete their data.
7. International transfers
MulMoChat is operated by Mulmoware. Your data may be processed in the United States, the European Union, or other countries where our providers operate.
8. Changes
Material changes will be announced on this page or by email to registered users.
